These Rosary's were created for Military ground troops to use because they made no noise and the medal is brushed so no glare produced to give their location away. They are actually hand crafted by a group of Catholic women who then donated thousands to the Military Arch Diocese for distribution to the Deploying and already deployed troops... Just an FYI
