New, with size tag still on it. This is a Men's Fashion ring, but honestly, it's pretty Unisex. I'm a chick and I ordered this online to wear on my Thumb, but IN MY OPINION, it's a tight size 9, and I can't get it on my thumb, but I can get it on my middle finger which is a pretty reliable 8.5.

There are two laser cut out tribal decorations on it, and a black laser etch that goes from one to the next.
