Comes with battery and a 4GB memory card.
Camera does work but it is dead currently.

I've looked for a charger around the house but havent been able to find one. It does work though. :/

pics of actual camera, on and off of different angles will help you get started. Also, if you don't mind some humbled hints, lower the starting bid but keep the length of days...You'll end up getting the 9k plus more...(esp. if you're charging a "flat" rate for a camera) :) just sayin' Good Luck...watching.
