This is a very quick and easy recipe to make. The prep time is only about 15min max. Very neat too. Instead of putting your berries on the bottom and crust on top, you reverse it and the crust will rise up and above the berries. You can use a multitude of berries. Mixed, blackberries, strawberries, etc.. Also you can use either canned, fresh or frozen. Taste doesn't changed. Last night I made it with mixed berries and there were strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Oh it was delicious, even better with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream on top.Winner will receive the recipe via Listia e-mail at end of auction.
