probably cost less than $2 to send this...smh. not bad mouthing, but just saying.

and once the item is mailed, you are still responsible for the item in some way. if a person pays by pay-pal or check, etc. pay-pal will refund any money for unreceived goods and a check could easily be canceled or reversed. this does not sound too trustworthy to me.
