this one was my mother-in-laws..she passed away few years ago and we went through some of her old stuff in our storage and found 4 of this, i dont know much about this coin..ur really good in researching maybe u can find more info about it! :)

looks to me like a bar token i searched for it and every combination of the writing on it... nothing...
if it is a bar token which i can understand just by the quote " the seal is alive and well" idk sounds like a bar quote or maybe a theme park? the "open house" thing is really throwing me off. I know listia has some resident "token gurus" maybe they will pop in.
