This has to be a1945-D-It is a Philippine coin struck in Denver.Philippine coins were largely struck in the US until 1946 when we gave them independence. In 1928 and after some were struck in Manila. This is a silver coin, but am not sure of it's silver content,but they are mostly silver. These Philippine coins can be found in the US Redbook of coins.

Try using a canon scanner/copier, box the coin & set at 999kb & 75dpi & you will get nice coin photos like mine!!!
