My daughter used these for about a week foot the few times when we went out to visit snowy and cold Seattle WA area.

Since I am actually from sunny CA she has no need for them here at all.
They have been in the closet for a year, so please take them From me. FREE SHIPPING in the USA!

They have a Velcro strap as you can see, a small silver pocket with enough space
for quarters also w Velcro closure, and a tie on top that closes with a plastic tie (reminds.me of something u find in gym Bag to close them)
