The listing, 3 pound box of corks has ended.

Lots of fun things to do with these! Just check out pinterest! There are some of those non-cork corks mixed in with these corks. You will receive this exact box of corks shown in my picture.

I am happy to accept paypal, personal check, money order, concealed cash, or forever stamps for shipping.

Would you consider free shipping with GIN? If they don't weight much it would be cheaper in a NON flat rate box...
Great auction, though. Fanned and watching!

I used to do GIN all the time when people asked and then I had 3 people ask for it, I set it up for them, listia took 50 points and then no one ever followed through. So now I don't do GIN anymore. Also, since someone has also bid already, I am pretty sure I cannot add it. My local post office is unreliable about having priority boxes around so this is actually parcel post. If I can do a priority box, I will do it. I know the post office can have a bunch of priority boxes shipped here for free but I am trying to clean my house out of stuff and they send you 10 boxes at a time. And the weight of this would not change. It is 3 pounds of corks. I put a box on the postal scale and filled it until I had 3 pounds of corks in it and did my best to fish out those plastic corks when I saw them. The rest of the corks, I put back in our Costco sized tin can that we keep them in. Sorry, really my goal is to have a less cluttered house and hopefully get a little something out of it, rather then just get rich off of listia. I will FB.

I think what SonicStyles is trying to say is it would be cheaper to ship them in a regular box not priority.

Yes I realized that, but unfortunately is it about the same. It is $12 plus change to ship it in a flat rate priority box and $12 plus change to ship it across the country parcel post. I round up the auctions to the next higher dollar because paypal takes 43 cents away when you pay for the item. I would only gain money from the shipping if you lived in California or Oregon because it is much cheaper for me to ship there but I really don't have the time to calculate shipping for a lot of people that would ask. The cheapest option would be to just come on by and pick it up but then you would live in Napa too and have access to tons for these corks for free. I keep seeing uses for corks on Pinterest but I don't bother keeping my corks around to do these projects because I figure that I could drive about 15 minutes and just pick up a bunch if I really needed too.

That really is a high shipping price, and a good bid, I'm sure you will get a much higher bid.

Unfortunately, I am not Kohls or Costo that can get those volume shipping deals at United Parcel Service. I uses the Post Office because it is cheaper and unfortunately 3 pounds of stuff is not all that cheap to ship. On top of that their rates recently went up so they can overfund the money that they set aside for their retirees pension.
