You need to have your address verified by Listia. I think there are instructions on your profile page on how to do this.

Do you mean a verified account? It says stuff about verifying a phone number and a bank account, but I saw nothing about an address. Just want to make sure I am doing this right.

I'm trying to remember where you enter your address for verification. I thought it was at sign up or under all the other verifications. Sorry I'm not at all helpful!
