The listing, Mother Board Lot of 4 has ended.
Lot of 4 Mother Boards, two with CPU’s.
Board one was a pull from an Acer mini tower that came in DOA. Instead of taking the time to diagnose it since it was only running a core 2 duo the whole MB/CPU/Ram assembly was replaced. If memory serves me correctly the ram and CPU were tested later and found to be ok, so more than likely this MB has an issue, but no testing has been done on it.
MB number two also came to us DOA; likewise the whole MB/CPU/Ram assembly was replaced. No testing has been done on it, but the core of the Athlon 2.1GHz CPU that was in it (CPU IS included) looks fried as you can see in the photos. It may be a CPU issue, a MB issue, or both of them. We don't know as we have not looked at them further.
MB number three is an old PC Chips MB. One of the few that falls into the AT/ATX Flex categories. It will fit in both an older AT case, and a newer ATX case. It was running an AMD Duron 1.2GHz and did boot when it was pulled. (CPU and Ram not included.)
NOTE: for some reason this MB always had a problem with AT power supplies. The connectors always got too hot and started to melt as you can see in the photos. Running from an ATX power supply it never had an issue though. It will also need 2 spots of solder on the front two keyboard connectors if you want to use an old AT style keyboard. If not you can use the built in USB connectors for newer USB keyboards and mice. As old as it is though it still runs. Kind of like an old AMC Gremlin. You wish it would die so you would feel good about upgrading, but somehow it still keeps plugging away... :)
MB 4 is an old ASUS P5A-B AT MB with an AMD K6II CPU at 550MHz. Recent working pulls so both the MB and CPU are good. CPU is included.
