You're obviously new to Listia but most people would realize regardless, that it's very rude to post your auction links on someone's auction page that you don't even know.

No, there aren't any minifigures with this set. Since it's from 2009 and a BrickMaster set, it's pretty hard to find though. You'll find that many of the small bagged Lego Star Wars sets do not usually come with a minifigure.

This is a great 2013 polybag. I dont know if you watch the brickshow but they made a awesome review on this set.

It's a really cool set! This one was released in 2009 though from the BrickMaster collection. Unfortunately, they stopped the BrickMaster program (a few years ago) - they used to send a new set every quarter to paid members of the Lego Club/Magazine. Now the Lego Club is free so no more of these cool sets :-(
