This is a brand new window valance. I bought 2 of these to hang in my kitchen and ended up using only one.It is from style selections, fruit grove.
It is 100% polyester.
Fits up to 1 in diameter rod.
THe first picture is the actual valance hangin up in my window. As you can see it is much lighter that the picture from the packaging, but its still very pretty. I've received many compliments on it.
