This is approx. 10 inches long. when you walk you hear the lil jingles. To me its calming. I only wore this one a few times til i found my original one. I ordered it from gypsy rose. there is a few links that are stiff from them, it didnt effect the fit on me. you may be able to fix it, I was afraid of breaking it and like I said, it didnt effect the fit. Its just a silvertone metal. I dont know what kind. Photos show the clasp, it will fit so you can tighten if you need to.
