Thank you so much! My Uncle owned Fogarty Oil in California in the 30's to the late 50's...I even have photos of it..that I treasure. I guess I'm a vintage girl besides being a Country Girl..lol.

My grandad worked in the oil patch, my father worked in the oil patch, and I worked for a period as a roustabout. Your tie clip has brought back many good memories. I have my grandfathers hard hat he wore. It's a treasure to me. Anyway, I'm prattling on here. Thanks Nancy.

ROFL!! I love chatting as you can plainly see. It was a rough job back then and I know my Uncle was out in the fields too even though he was a owner. I looked forward to his visits to NY when he came to visit..What a joyous time that was! I still miss him so much!!
