Pay-Pal is quick there is always Wal-Mart but it costs. Money order snail mail is slow.
Haven't checked on cost yet however if it is over $10 I will cover the difference.

This should possibly fit in a Small USPS Flat rate which costs almost $6 to ship to most USA states. Hawaii and Alaska may be an exception for the cost.

That is true and as stated winner pays cost. The comment I added in a private message was if by some chance (however unlikely) the cost was over $10 I would cover the overage.
