FREE: Tiny treasures

Here is a collection of once valuble pieces that need a little TLC. There are 3 rings -
One is sterling silver. It is marked sterling
One is a flower design marked 10K
One is a school ring marked 14K. It has 3 tiny diamonds (?) on either side and reads Teresa Huntington HS
It would be easy to set a stone in each but I can no longer see well enough to do it.

Then we have 2 charms.
One is a wishbone with a tiny diamond (?) on the side and is marked 14K. It appears to have had a stone in the center.
The other one is a graduation cap with 89 on it and is marked 14K
I also threw in a broken sterling chain.
