This is another Vintage mystery item that was found with my wandering Grandfather's things after he passed. Once again, he never told me the story behind it so all I can do is explain it's physical properties to you. It measures 1.5" x .25".
It's Silver tone, clip works great, I do not know the exact age but am guestimating mid-century. It has a wonderful Coat-of -Arms on it . Has an Eagle, arrows, a Roman column & designs. I do not know what Country or Organization it hails from or represents. I wish I did. If you know~~Please tell ME! Hopefully it will go to someone who appreciates it & the History behind it.
