It's a soft-back book and is 32 pages of recipes from the Pampered Chef test kitchens. These recipe books come out twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Once that season is over, you are not able to order them anymore, so they have limited availability. Somehow I ended up with two copies of this edition. :) I use the recipes out of this one all the time. There is one for anti-pasta pull-apart pizza using a tube of refrigerated french-bread dough that I make all the time as it's easier than making regular home-made pizza. Hope that helps!
