Brand new AVON Birthstone Crystal Circle necklace July/ruby color only removed to take photos. Local pickup available or I will be shipping the necklace only no charge.

You posted free shipping but in the description you wrote if there is a shipping fee the bidder had to pay it. Is it free shipping or will the winner have to pay?
