You slice them real thin and use like a decal. They can be glued or placed on a wet coat of polish. They also don't smear when you topcoat over them.

Nice, I think I will have to try it. Are they easy to work with. I always have so much trouble trying to put decals on. Do I need a special tool to slice them with?

They make a slicer blade for it but really its just a long razor blade. I got my daughter a scalpel for it though because it has a handle so fingers don't get sore from pushing down on the blade.
