I have had this item for ages it seems. Belonged to my mother years ago and the chain broke so it sat in her jewelry box just like it has mine. Is very tarnish but nothing a lil elbow grease wouldnt take care of. Has 2 rows of diamonds inside and outside the heart. Is stamped .925 on the backside of the heart. All stones are there just dirty. As always FREE SHIPPING!!!!!!!!!!

I really have no idea. It used to belong to my mother years ago. I have had it in my possession for a good 10-15 years alone. Unsure how long my mother had it but I remember this as a child.
