Here's the scoop: I got this phone a couple of years ago (around April of 2011). Late June of that year, the speaker (earpiece) became a little crackly and very muted. I could barely hear anyone unless they were on speaker phone. I checked for water damage since we had been to the pool and the sticker on the batter (seen in picture) showed a clean bill of health. At that point, I decided I hate the phone and went back to my iPhone.

I turned the HTC on today. It charges fine. Speaker works fine. Still not sure about the earpiece because I didn't put the SIM card in but I'm going to assume it still doesn't work well. It's never been modified. The void stickers are still on it. It's been sitting in a drawer for two years. Wifi works fine. All data and history is cleared and I reset it back to factory settings. It comes with the original USB cable but a different wall adapter. No clue where the original is. I do not have the original box or instructions. This is JUST the phone and wall charger. I will pack it well when I ship it

AS FAR AS I KNOW the only thing wrong is the ear piece, but I have only checked out what I listed above.
