This auction is for the collectors edition Madden NFL 09. What you see is what you will get. I bought this used at Gamestop so it doesn't include the original case and cover. I just went on the internet and printed this cover out on plain paper. It doesn't look as good but it's a lot better than the one Gamestop put in it. The disc is a little scratched but it doesn't affect gameplay.
