There is a pinky nail hairline size crack on side and it doesn't get in the way of anything visual. No sim card. Will be wiped clean. Comes with box and unwrapped book on phone:)

The phone doesn't take sim cards, atleast I don't think.

if it takes a sim card there will be a slot under the battery for it tke the back off and see if it does
