The listing, Vintage Moosewood Cookbook has ended.

For auction is a vintage vegetarian cookbook. It is Mollie Katzen's first cookbook from the Moosewood Restuarant in Ithaca, New York. This book is a softcover dated 1977 and is hand written first addition copy. There is some wear to the cover but is great for the age. This is a very famous cookbook and full of great information.

It is wonderful. I have tons of cookbooks and was just testing the waters with this one. I have The Broccoli Forest that she wrote and was thinking I would put it on here. Thanks for your comment.
