I took some pictures when it was flashing so I know there is at least blue red and green in there. New in package but the package is not mint retail looking. The pacifier is 100% new. Great novelty to make your baby smile!!!

yes 3 month and up.

Shasta. not sure! I guess just don't use it in the dark or dark places so its not the only light source. you would think its safe if its on the market.
