You are incorrect, I have done this type of listing before. As long as I specify to bidders that items have been used it is allowed. Please, refer to Listia's rules: Used Health & Beauty Items Exceptions: perfume, cologne, lotion, etc. And no need to get all Caplock shouty. Thanks for stopping by.
