yes, it will no longer play wii games but it plays game cube games just fine.

I doubt it cost $15.00 flat rate to ship, might want to try going up to USPS and have it weighed.

u would be surprised because your not just paying to ship it your paying for the weight of it too. its kinda why letters are different prices to ship simply because of weight then there is also how far it has to go and tax so I think as far as shipping goes im being fair.

I don't know much about ups I always send thing with the usps that way I know you'll get it. its just my preference I guess. Ive shipped thing ive sold on amazon that way and have never had any problems. as my mother used to always say "stick with what you know"
