As per Listia's Policies set forth at www.Listia.com/rules#timeframe, the seller is obligated to ship the winner's item within seven days of receiving the winner's verified shipping information. Otherwise, the winner can request, and will in all probability be awarded, a credit refund. If you cannot ship your item within the prescribed timeframe, we ask that you list your items so that the date on which they end coincides with both your shipping schedule and Listia's Policies.
If you cannot meet tis deadline, please let us know so that we can remove this for you. You can then relist when you are able to ship within one week.
