This is a great little bag by Victoria's Secret in perfect condition. Measures 8" across & 8.25" tall not including handles, which have a drop of 5". It has red satin on the inside, on the handles, adn around the top. The outside is a black see through material with a gold-colored velvet flower design. Depending on how you look at it, the velvet might look black, like in the picture, but you can see at the bottom of the purse the gold color. I have never used this purse.
