I'm not sure what you mean, Carrie, but it's for permanent hair-removal at home. I have never used it, but I imagine that there is a little feeling when using it, seeing as how the Stylet is essentially sending electric impulses to the follicle of the hair to deaden it. That being said, reviews on it have said it's only mildly uncomfortable to pain-free. My guess is it's different for each individual.
Oh, is it chronic? I have severe chronic pain...and I address natural chronic pain relief on my blog www.howtosurviveeveryday.blogspot.com. Hope this helps for you!
MrsFriedley, from what I understand via instruction booklet, it's different for everyone. Somewhere between one and five treatments, the hair removal becomes permanent. It deadens the hair follicle so it's unable to grow hair. Definitely worth it if you have the patience!!
