I would expect so! I have the same problem when I am auctioning gems, my camera can't nearly capture what it really looks like and as a result the pictures are not that good.

i actually use a stock photo when i can. I have an aweful time getting decent pictures of any type of jewelry with my own camera no matter how many times i try.
