it should not be that much shipping it fits in a flat rat box witch goes up to 70 lbs. and cost $ 5.15

That's a small flat rate box. My daughter does all the shipping and has her own business. She says that there is no way that this purse would fit into a small box. She said it would fit into a medium flat rate great. She said she was able to put it into a regular flat rate box that took the price down just a hair. :)

Yes, Paypal says up to 70 lbs for a medium flat rate box. Not a flat rate envelope.
