There is so many gimmicks out there they swear by that works, I just hate to say yes or no. I do know they guarantee it. I have never used it. I received it as a gift but have not taken the time to try it. I do know that the coils are strong and it should build muscle around the jaws and neck line as long as you do it faithfully.

I do my best to give the best answer. I hate to buy something and it does not work like I am told. I have heard people say this is great for muscles around the neck and face area like I had said, but I would still say that you would need to take 10-20 mins a day and do the exercise, Let me know how you do with it. You are welcome anytime. Honestly is my policy
