I went to college in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and this was a staple at dinner time in the cafeteria on Sunday's.

Fills you up and keeps you warm. Very hearty meal on it's own.

I remember my mom and aunt making these and selling them for their Church.

These pasties can be frozen and reheated later.
