The listing, ANTIQUE IVORY ELEPHANTS has ended.

You are bidding on a set of antique ivory elephants.These are hand carved and are real ivory. since We don't collect ivory we decided to see what happens here with them! The trunks appear to be made in two pieces. Like the trunk was carved and placed on a knotch. They measure 4 inches high and they are about 4 inches long! SUPER cool and completely free shipping! have any questions please feel free to ask! I check back in as often as possible!

INCASE you have any problems with any one IVORY is LEAGAL TO OWN SELL TRADE AND POSSESS in the UNITED STATES As long As you donot export it or send it to CALIFORNIA who had their Wildlife service make it illega to sell several years ago because they are stupid . YOU MAY VERIFY through the FEDERAL FISH AND GAME PEOLE THAT IT IS LEGAL . ALSO IT IS IVORY YOU CAN SEE THE STRIGE LINES on the bottom of feet and they llook like overlapping VVVVVV V V s the items at 4 inches are currently valued at about $75 to 150 each a real deal for someone , I do work on IVORY ID for several federal agencys and some insurance companies. You are giveing these guys away

I don't know, i picked them up at an estate sale .What i can tell you is that the couple traveled a great deal, and i was told these were picked up in somewhere in angola.I did do a little research and it does have alot of cross hatching like that of the mastodon ivory.I hope i've been somewhat helpful, and if you have anymore questions feel free to ask.

How are you sure they are ivory and not carved bone ??
they are verry white and my ivory is caramel colored.and you pictures are not close enough for me to see the detail of the material,so ill ask.thxx
