When we first received this for Christmas, we were very excited. This is made by Uncle Milton, the company that makes the ant farms. They really need to go back to the design team on this one. The display will only show in a small room so we put it in our bathroom but still we could only see the stars on the two walls that it was closest to when we put it on the bathroom counter. Then it shows the stars in shadow. So we though we could use it as a light but it times out in about 15 minutes and then you have to wait about 5 minutes to turn in on again. After using it for about 30 minutes, you then have to replace the batteries. This will come with everthing you see, which is the planetarium, the disc, the instruction booklet, and the meteor maker. Our gift giver paid $35 for it apparently but you can get it for points plus shipping. I intened to remove the batteries before shipping.
