This is a stainless steel mens necklace 17 inches long the red is like a rubber. This was my sons he has gad it hanging in his room for over a year he only wore it a couple of times he wasnt fond of it so he said mom auction this. I dont know how to clean stainless steel & I dont know if jewelry polishing cloths will mess it up so In the 2nd picture you could tell it has a discoloration I wont try to take it off maybe you might know how.
