Thomas Kincaide is of one of the most collected contemporary artist's in the US. I have a new in box "Dear Cottage Creek" ornament sold by Hallmark in 2002.

On the back of the box it states, "special lighting effect: To enjoy the full effect of the wintry scene, attache the clip on the ornament directly to a lamp socket on a miniature light string. No separate connector is required. Instructions included."

Just a lovely piece and a great stocking stuffer for Christmas. NIB This sold for $14.95 10 yrs. ago. I have 4 of these ornaments left; although this auction is for only 1.
