My turn to pass it on, I won this awesome dress on Listia and it fit great, looked great but just the wrong color. :(
100% Polyester/ 44 inches from shoulder to hem.
tag says size 2X, but it runs small. i wear a women's size 16 and it fits nicely on me.

I measured around the chest of the dress and it is 43 inches, at the hips is approx. 54 inches. The skirt part is a-lined, i think that is what is called, it flows out. hope that helps some

FIESTA is the brand. I honestly do not know who sells it. You might be able to google it. Sorry wish I could be of more help
