This is a wonderful heirloom cucumber, perfect for pickling. It has been documented as far back as the year 1877. Excellent flavor, also great peeling and slicing in salads. They are best if picked at a size of 2- 5". I trellis these, but they can sprawl on the ground as well.Cucumis sativus
