No ma'am, it doesn't come with the box. When I ship it, I will pack it very well with bubble wrap and put it in a nice box, so that it does not get broke or messed up. I hid my other comment. I was thinking that you where asking about the sister pate that I have posted also. Please excuse me. I am so tired, and wasn't paying attention to which one. Thank you so much for stopping by and good luck if you do decide to bid. this cookie jar is very pretty. I got all 3 of my daughters one also, and they just love theirs. My middle daughter is using hers now. She told me that is was to pretty just to use at Christmas, so she has hers on her counter in the kitchen. lol Good luck ma'am
