i have never done acrylic nails before. are instructions included? and is it easy for a newbie to learn to do? thanks. oh, f&w

no sweetie instructions are not with this set..i guess it is for pros'..however I have done them on myself and others..there is however instructions on the individual items'...I would gladly give you instructions in an email. also, they are fairly easy to apply. it goes a lot like when you get them put on in a nail salon. unless you actually had their tools ..you would do most by hand such as filing and buffing the acrylic to smooth.
