I bought for hairchalking...would've worked but my hair's too dark. I used half of the No 13, Purple (see picture). I know nothing about using them artistically though.

Yeah. Idk if i just wasn't patient enough but i was realllllly reaming on my hair to get it in there but it just didn't show. lol.

Because these are oil pastels, not chalks. I'm not sure these would do much besides make your hair greasy?
