darn terrible picture to have when only giving the disc and book.. TERRIBLE.. no worries though, i bid, i pay, just hate that people cant show what we are winning... So misleading

I'm confused - The auction is for the game disc and booklet.... the picture shown is of the disc and booklet you would win.... what is misleading about that???? What should the picture be of?

.... or are you just trying to scare other people from bidding, so you can win????

A. Yes it is playable (I wouldn't list it if it wasn't)
B. It is USED, so there are some minior marks on it, but no big scratches or anything that would keep it from playing
C. My 100% feedback rating should be enough to let people know I don't give anything away that is bad.
D. I am GIVING THIS AWAY - if you are worried about it, it's real easy - DON'T BID

Don't mean to sound rude, but this isn't the first thing people have gotten from me and common sense would tell people that I wouldn't have a 100% rating if people were getting bad merchandise.

Since I pictured EXACTLY what I am giving away and I described EXACTLY what I was giving away, I am in NO WAY being misleading. If anything, I could be accused of not being descriptive enough (i.e.: condition).
I have now addressed that issue (thanks to Natty for asking) and since the disc is USED (should be obvious by the fact I pictured it without a case) and WORKING (should be obvious since I am a trusted seller that listed it), neither of which I tried to mislead people into thinking otherwise, I still don't feel I was being misleading.
