This little dress, is sweet Pink with light pink and dark pink flowers, This little dress will have to be hand wash and dry... it has a pink under skirt...it measures:
Neck to tail= 14 inches
Neck is = 15 1/2 inches can go smaller
Around backe front legs is = Largest is 24 1/2 will go down to a 22 1/2 inch

It has Velcro,,, under the neck and behind the front back legs.... they do not shift if they are fit to your fur baby.... if that pretty little girl is the fur baby for this dress.... the dress will be way to big... sorry... LInda
