yes its 3rd gen and I will post better pics also.... but for free shipping no. I live in Canada and I am not paying the bubble wrap envelope and the small parcel shipping price and the 2 stamps out of my pocket .....hell no or ill just keep the ipod.... gin I can do but must make up your mind before someone bids.

I would but I am at till tonight and like I said to other comments . The iPod works its scratch up on the back and the front but normal wear. The screen is not scratch and looks fine. The iPod works fine. But u need to understand its not new but worth bidding cuz its worth a good 50$ to 70$ for sure.
