The listing, Antique Chinese Snuff Bottles Inside Painted has ended.

Three Chinese snuff bottles painted on the inside.

The center one has chips on the very top where the stopper would fit.. It also has one chip on the bottom.

Very cool bottles !

To give an idea of how tall.. The one on the right is 2 1/2"

All are late 1800's or very early 900/s.. Referred to as being painted by Middle Period insi9de painting artists..

These are so pretty i have a perfume bottle thats chinese that's painted from the inside but it's not old like these or even half as pretty, i wanted to ask probably silly question but i don't know what the use was, did they contain snuff? F&W also

Hi Tracy... Yes, most were used to store snuff, although some were used for various medicinal herbs, and some strictly decorative..
