On the one with the dolphins it says 3.00 flat rate shipping, is that the same cost for this one also?

I went to the post office and it was expensive to ship things so im gonna go ahead and get a box with stamps. if your interested ill have the price 3.00 for each and if its any thing more than that ill pay it personally.
